The mission of National Center for Learning Disabilities is to improve the lives of the 1 in 5 children and adults nationwide with learning and attention issues - by empowering parents and young adults, transforming schools and advocating for equal rights and opportunities. Their Learn the Law section has resources on The Elementary & Secondary Education Act (ESEA) of 1965 currently known as No Child Left Behind (NCLB) , the Americans With Disabilities Act Amendments Act, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
