Parity Track aims to be the central site for mental health and substance use disorder, parity information and to offer an exclusive look at parity issues. Parity Track seeks to help consumers understand their rights under the Federal Parity Law and state parity laws and to empower consumers to exercise those rights. They track parity-related legislative, statutory, regulatory and legal activities in all 50 states and at the federal level to monitor implementation throughout the country. In their Know Your Rights section you will find examples of parity violations. To find resources in your state for consumer advocates, health plan contacts, state regulators, federal regulators or veteran and military resources, use their state search tool.
