The Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) is a health policy resource center dedicated to improving health care quality for low-income children and adults, people with chronic illnesses and disabilities, the frail elderly, and racially and ethnically diverse populations experiencing disparities in care. As a nonpartisan organization, CHCS facilitates problem-solving exchanges and peer learning among a diverse range of health care stakeholders to improve access, integrate fragmented services, reduce avoidable expenditures and link payment with quality.
